Meet Gladys

Gladys DiTroia is a weight loss specialist and coach who empowers and inspires women to understand that weight loss is achievable. Honest, approachable and fun, Gladys tells it like it is.
For the past 12 years, she has had a successful private weight loss business in New Jersey, and 8 years ago created “The Real Deal” program for The Bar Method Exercise Studios in NJ and NY. This 8-week, group program has seen massive success and has led to requests for corporate weight loss and wellness programs for companies like Wells Fargo in New York City.
Gladys is certified in Weight Management by E3 Weight Management Solutions and employs the training she received in Cognitive Therapy for Weight Loss (Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Health coaching from PESI in her programs for individuals and groups.

Meet the Coaches

During the program you have direct access to me and my team of coaches: Doreen, Kristen and Mallory.

Kristen is a licensed therapist who specializes in emotional eating. She contributes content to the program in this area and is also a successful Real Deal participant (who lost 45lbs). If you need more support in the emotional side of your weight loss journey, you have discreet access to private sessions.

Doreen is an expert in her own right, having spent years in an in-depth apprenticeship with Gladys helping to guide and support thousands of women. She lives by the Real Deal guidelines and is always sharing delicious recipes with our members.

Mallory, also a Real Deal program alumni (who has lost over 50lbs), has a Masters in Education and knows the Real Deal teachings inside and out. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, she has experienced how tough weight loss can be for those with auto-immune issues. She offers top-notch support and motivation direct from her own experience.
